ABOUT US
ELDERS
"As there were in Old Testament times elders for the government of the people, so the New Testament church provided persons with particular gifts to share in discernment of God's Spirit and governance of God's people... Ruling elders are so named not because they 'lord it over' the congregation, but because they are chosen by the congregation to discern and measure its fidelity to the Word of God, and to strengthen and nurture its faith and life..."

OUR COMMUNITY

New Hope Presbyterian Church is a community of people dedicated to growing in the Christian faith and participating in God’s love for the people of the world. Music is an integral part of our experience in worship. Joyful music abounds. God’s light shines through our church’s ministry and mission and is clearly visible to the community. We encourage and support programs that help people in need by offering a gathering place and participating in community and world outreach. We are home to the Parish Ecumenical Food Pantry, the Parish Senior Dining and Activity Center and the local AA group. Some of our missions include: PRAYER (prayer group); Red Cross Blood drives and Church World Service. COME JOIN US Sunday mornings!
